The goal:

• New construction of a refrigeration control centre
• Cooling supply for air conditioning of the production hall
• Cooling supply for machine and compressor cooling

Our solution:

• Use of 4 water chillers with a cooling capacity of 4.2 MW
• Refrigeration circuits +6°/+12° for supplying the air conditioning system as a closed system
• Use of 5 cooling towers with a cooling capacity of 9.75 MW
• Refrigeration circuits +6°/+12° for supplying the air conditioning system as a closed system
• Machine and compressor cooling as an open system
• 1 cold buffer tank with 10 m³
• 1 cooling water treatment for water softening
• 1 cooling distribution network made of stainless steel pipes with 3,000 m length
